Interlake Steamship Company

Interlake Steamship Company is a shipping company based in Middleburg Heights , Ohio , which conducts its operations from the North American Great Lakes . The origins of the company go back to Pickands Mather & Company , founded in 1883 . Several company tasks and mergers led to independence from the beginning of 1987 under the leadership of the managing directors James Barker and Paul R. Tregurtha.

According to its own information, the company has a fleet of ten bulk carriers (mostly Great Lakes ships ):
