The interlift place as the world's leading trade fair for elevator technology every two years on the exhibition grounds in Augsburg instead. The organizer is AFAG Messen & Messen GmbH .
Key figures
At the interlift in 2013, a total of 515 exhibitors from 40 countries (with a foreign share of 70 percent) presented themselves to the specialist audience on a gross area of 48,000 m². 18,918 visitors with a foreign share of 54 percent set a new record for the fair.
Location
The interlift has been taking place every two years in autumn on the grounds of Messe Augsburg since 1991 and has continuously increased the area used: from 2001 with 22,000 m² to 2013 with 48,000 m², the gross area more than doubled.
