The International Bibliography of Military History (IBMH; French Bibliography Internationale d'Histoire Militaire and English International Bibliography of Military History ) is an annotated bibliography of military history that has been published annually since 1978 .

It was initially looked after by the Swiss Federal Military Library (EBM) in Bern and was published by Ed. Thesis, Zurich. Since 2010 it has been supported by the Bibliographical Committee of the International Commission on Military History (ICMH) at Brill Publishers , Leiden u. a. relocated. It also appears online there. The articles are published in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

The current editor-in-chief and president of the Bibliographical Committee is Mauro Mantovani , lecturer in strategic studies at the Military Academy at ETH Zurich (MILAK); the scientific editor and general secretary of the Bibliographical Committee is Marco Wyss from the Center for Security Studies (CSS) at ETH Zurich .

The current German representative is Colonel Winfried Heinemann , military historian from the ZMSBw .
