Internet Broadway Database
The Internet Broadway Database ( IBDB ) is an official Internet database of Broadway theater information. There you will find lists of the people involved, venues and statistics on all productions from the founding of the New York theater to the present day. The list also includes the plays and actors that have received the “ Tony Award ”, the theater equivalent of the “ Oscar ” film award .
It is maintained by the research division of the League of American Theaters and Producers , a trading organization serving the North American commercial theater community.
