Iobius Philippus Ymelcho Valerius
Iobius Philippus Ymelcho Valerius was a Roman senator . Valerius was consul with the later Emperor Justinian I in 521 , although Justinian's consulate was not recognized in the western part of the empire. He also held the honorary title of vir clarissimus and the title of vir illustris .
