Irena Madlová is a former Czech biathlete .
Irena Madlová was part of the Czech national team in biathlon in the mid-1990s. She celebrated her greatest international success when she won the bronze medal at the 1997 European Biathlon Championships in Windischgarsten as the starting runner of the Czech relay alongside Jitka Simunková and Irena Tomšová .
