Irkutskenergo ( Russian Иркутскэнерго ) is an energy company from Russia with headquarters in Moscow .

Irkutskenergo was founded in 1992. The company's three main power plant locations are on the Angara River , which flows out of Lake Baikal : the Irkutsk Reservoir (built in 1956), the Bratsker Reservoir and the Ust-Ilimsk Reservoir . The company also owns nine thermal power plants, a high-voltage network and a low-voltage network.

The Russian state holds around 40 percent of the property rights in Irkutskenergo.
