Irmgard Kramer

Irmgard Kramer (born April 3, 1969 in Dornbirn ) is an Austrian author who mainly writes books for children and young people .

Life

Kramer was an elementary school teacher from 1991 to 2010 . From 2010 to 2012 she completed a course at the ASH Berlin, which she completed in 2012 with a Master of Arts in Biographical and Creative Writing. She has been under contract with the literary agency Die Buchagenten since 2012 . Her books have been licensed to date in Iceland, Denmark, Ukraine, Turkey, Russia, Colombia for South America and Central America, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania and Poland.

In addition to her full-time work as a novelist, Irmgard Kramer writes for the Falter Verlag and articles for magazines such as the Bregenzerwald travel magazine or the NobleSee magazine .

She lives in Vienna and in the Bregenzerwald .
