Isaac Thomas Cookson

Isaac Thomas Cookson (* 1817 ; † 1870 ) was a New Zealand independent politician.

After John Ollivier's resignation , Cookson represented the Christchurch Country constituency in New Zealand's parliament in 1860 . He then represented the Kaiapoi constituency from 1861 to 1863.

Cookson was also a member of the Canterbury Provincial Council , where he represented the constituencies of Town of Lyttelton (1853–1861) and City of Christchurch (1861–1862).
