Isabelle Franzen-Reuter

Isabelle Franzen-Reuter (* 1975 in Kehl as Isabelle Franzen ) is a German biologist and university professor.

Life

Isabelle Franzen-Reuter passed her Abitur examination in 1995 in Cochem. She then studied biology at the University of Bonn, where she received her doctorate in 2004 with a thesis on bioindication . Her dissertation, supervised by Jan-Peter Frahm , was supported by a grant from the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt . She was initially a consultant in the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of the Environment until 2007, switched to Deutsche Umwelthilfe for a year , before she worked for the VDI and DIN Clean Air Commission until 2015 . Since 2015 she has held a professorship for pollution control and chemistry at the Münster University of Applied Sciences . She is editor-in-chief of the specialist journal Immissionsschutz .
