Isettahemdjert , also Asettahemdjert or Iset Ta-Shirtjert , was the great royal wife of the ancient Egyptian pharaoh Ramses III. and the mother of Ramses IV and Ramses VI.

Isettahemdjert was probably of Asian origin, because her mother's name, Shirtjert (also written as Habasilat or Hebnerdjent ) was not Egyptian. She had at least two children, Ramses IV, the successor of his father, and Amunherchepeschef (later Ramses VI.), Who became king after the death of his brother and nephew ( Ramses V ). Isettahemdjert's grandchildren were Ramses V, the princes Amunherchepeschef and Panebenkemet and the wife of God Amun Iset .

Her titles were: "Great Royal Wife", "Wife of God" and "King Mother" ( Mut-nesut ).

Isettahemdjert was buried in grave QV51 in the Valley of the Queens .
