The Isla Farallón is in the Río de la Plata located Uruguayan island. Farallón is Spanish for cliff .

The small, rocky and tree-covered island is 6 km from Colonia del Sacramento in a west-southwest direction. On the Isla Farallón there is a 20 meter high white lighthouse built in 1870. In January 2006 it was declared a historical monument together with the neighboring Isla San Gabriel , which is 2.4 km northeast .
