The Isla Incahuasi is an elevation in the Salar de Uyuni salt lake in the Bolivian highlands . It is located in the Municipio Tahua in the Department of Potosí .
There are centuries-old cacti of the species Echinopsis atacamensis on it . On the island, one of the main attractions of the region, there is a tourist center.
