The Islotes Marinelli are a group of small islands in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . In the group of the Melchior Islands they are immediately east of the Sigma Islands and north of the Tau Islands .
Argentine scientists named them. The further naming background has not been passed down.
