practice

This belief is practiced through personal meditation and prayers, special beliefs also exist and are variable in interpretation from "mansion" to mansion and from person to person. Nevertheless, there is a general consensus that the consumption of alcohol and tobacco should be rejected. In addition, animal products and salt should be avoided if possible. The aim is to gain livity , i.e. life energy, through this type of diet . The basis for this diet is the assumption that mankind only nourished itself on herbs and fruits shortly after its creation (cf. 1 Mos 1,29  LUT ).
