Itzehoer Störlauf

The Itzehoer Störlauf is a fun run in Itzehoe , which is held annually since 2000 in May. The organizers are the two sports clubs MTV Itzehoe and ETSV Gut Heil Itzehoe , which merged into SC Itzehoe in 2010. The program includes half marathons , 10 km, 5 km and 2 km on routes measured according to DLV guidelines , with the two 5 km distances also being offered for walkers .

The routes run through the landscape east of Itzehoe through which the sturgeon flows. The 5 km and 2 km courses are turning point courses, the 10 km and half marathon courses are large circular courses.

  • Half marathon: 568 (436 men and 132 women)
  • 10 km: 1045 (710 men and 335 women)
  • 5 km: 2198 (1170 men and 1028 women)
  • 2 km 334 (188 men and 146 women)
  • 5 and 10 km walking 245 total participants
