Iván Ferreiro
Iván Ferreiro Rodríguez (* 1970 in Vigo ) is a Galician singer and songwriter.
Ferreiro was the band leader of the Spanish group Los Piratas until 2003 . After the band split up, he played with his brother Amaro in bars in his hometown of Vigo, where he successfully released his first solo album Canciones para el tiempo y la distancia in 2005. The title Ciudadano A (which is “dedicated” to the former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar ) from the film Trade - Welcome to America became known to the German audience .
