Ivana Rádlová (born June 12, 1968 ) is a former Czechoslovak cross-country skier .

At the 1987 World Championships in Oberstdorf, Rádlová finished 42nd place over 10 km classic, 27th place over 20 km freestyle and ninth place with the relay. In the same year she was third at the Czechoslovak Championships over 20 km. The following year she ran at the Olympic Winter Games in Calgary on 38th place over 5 km classic, 34th place over 20 km freestyle and seventh place with the relay.
