Ivar Fredrik Bredal
Ivar Fredrik Bredal (born June 17, 1800 in Copenhagen ; † March 25, 1864 there ) was a Danish conductor and composer .
Life
Friedrich Kuhlau's pupil was concertmaster of the Royal Orchestra from 1835 to 1849 and from 1843 he was also conductor of the Copenhagen Music Society. From 1863 he was concertmaster at the Royal Theater.
Several Singspiele and the cantata Judas Ischarioth have come down to us from his compositions .
