The Wickede Jewish Cemetery is a Jewish cemetery in the Wickede district of the city of Dortmund . It is located on the “Fränkischer Friedhof” street south of the Protestant cemetery.

There are eight gravestones and a memorial stone on the 250 m² site . Seven of the tombstones are copies. Referring to the tombstones, the cemetery was already in use in 1871.

In 1940 reburial took place. In 1946 the complex was created and a memorial stone was placed. Its inscription reads. “ At this point, the Wickede community's Israelite cemetery has existed for about 150 years and in 1938 fell victim to racial hatred and intolerance. The green and quiet area that has now been created has become the property of the city of Dortmund and is entrusted to the care and care of all citizens. This facility was created in 1946. "

The cemetery is registered as an architectural monument in the monument list of the city of Dortmund .
