Jürgen Vogler (writer)
Jürgen Vogler (born June 6, 1946 in Plön / Holstein) is a German writer.
Life
After graduating from high school and serving as press spokesman for the Federal Police, Jürgen Vogler has worked as a freelance journalist and author since 1988. His weekly newspaper columns on the past of Ostholstein were the basis for his first book in 2007 "Ostholstein yesterday - 100 stories about the country and its people". After two children's books, he focused his literary work on historical novels as well as short detective stories and detective novels. The locations of his stories are mostly located in Schleswig-Holstein.
