Jacob Moe Rasmussen
Jacob Moe Rasmussen (born January 19, 1975 in Amager Fælled ) is a Danish cyclist .
Jacob Moe Rasmussen started his career in 1999 with the cycling team Acceptcard . In his first, he won a stage in the Tour of Argentina . In 2000 and 2001 he drove for the Danish team Memorycard-Jack & Jones and for the successor team CSC . In 2002 he switched to the facta team , where he won the Fyen Rundt , which he won over the next three years. In 2004 he also won a stage at the Ringerike GP . Rasmussen has been driving for the Danish Continental Team GLS since 2005 . He celebrated his greatest success by winning the Aarhus GP in his first year at GLS. In the 2006 season he was fourth in the Tour of Normandy. He also won three stages in the Tour du Loir-et-Cher and was able to win the overall standings. Shortly afterwards, he finished fifth at the Aarhus GP. At the Olympia's Tour he came second three times and also finished second in the overall standings. In June, Rasmussen secured two stage wins at the Ringerike GP.
