Jacques Leclerc

Jacques Leclerc (* 1943 ) is a Canadian linguist .

After studying linguistics at the University of Montreal , he began teaching at Laval University and at the Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne in Quebec . He is an associate member of the Trésor de la langue française au Québec and author of the website L'aménagement linguistique dans le monde, which has been in existence since June 1999 and provides detailed information on the linguistic situation and language policy of 400 states and territories worldwide.
