The Yearbook of Public Law of the Present (abbreviated: JöR ) is a periodical legal publication in which articles on public law are published.

The JöR was published from 1907 to 1938/39. The new episodes (NF) have been published since 1951. The editors included Gerhard Leibholz and Hermann von Mangoldt and, for over thirty years, Peter Häberle . It has been published by Susanne Baer , Oliver Lepsius , Christoph Schönberger , Christian Waldhoff and Christian Walter since 2015 . Reports on the development of the constitution in almost every country in the world are published continuously, written by top-class authors.

Newer categories are: "Judges' pictures", "The doctrine of constitutional law in self-portrayals", "European lawyers" and "International lawyers". In the last volumes a series was opened on the subject of "60 Years of the Basic Law ".
