Annual economic report

In accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Stability of Growth and the Economy (StWG) (so-called Stability and Growth Act ), the federal government submits an annual economic report by the end of January each year on the economic and financial policy it is pursuing and the expected macroeconomic development in Germany which also contains a statement by the Federal Government on the annual report of the Expert Council on the assessment of macroeconomic development .

The report is being prepared by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in coordination with the other concerned departments (ministries).
