Jaime Viera da Rocha
Jaime Viera da Rocha was a Portuguese soldier and colonial administrator.
Rocha was in the rank of captain in Portuguese Timor when Governor José Celestino da Silva made him acting governor for health reasons and traveled to Australia to recover . At this time Eduardo Augusto Marques arrived in Dili , who had been appointed Silva's official successor. After Silva's return, the handover was carried out.
