Jakob Käfferbitz

Jakob Käfferbitz (born March 25, 1904 - † May 6, 1980 ) was a German administrative lawyer .

Käfferbitz submitted his doctoral thesis in 1933 at the law faculty of the University of Cologne . From 1932 to 1943 he worked in the Rhineland State Labor Office in Cologne , from 1943 to 1945 in the Cologne-Aachen Gau Labor Office, from 1945 to 1946 in the North Rhine State Labor Office, from 1946 to 1948 in Lemgo in the Central Labor Office in the British Zone and from 1948 to 1950 in the Administration for Labor of the United Economic Area. In 1950 he became a sub-department head in the Federal Ministry of Labor . Between 1955 and 1961 he was President of the State Labor Office in North Rhine-Westphalia, and from 1961 until he retired in 1969, he was Head of Department in the Federal Ministry of Labor.

Käfferbitz died in 1980 at the age of 76. He was born in the grave of his wife Aenne's family. Flock (1907–1988) is buried in the Melaten cemetery in Cologne (hall 47).
