The Jali is a 2000 m high mountain in Rwanda , near the capital, Kigali . In 2007, in partnership with Stadtwerke Mainz AG, the Kigali Solaire photovoltaic power plant with an output of 250 kW was built on the mountain . Furthermore, the mountain is used for a radio transmission system.
