James Newton (actor)

James Newton (* 1992 in Munich ) is a German-speaking theater and film actor of British descent.

Career

From 2009 to 2013 Newton was trained at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding and already worked during his studies as an actor, musician and dancer in various productions at the Munich Residenztheater and the Metropoltheater Munich. He is a member of the Metropoltheater ensemble. The production "Oh, this gap, this terrible gap" was awarded the Monica Bleibtreu Prize in 2019 . In addition to his theater work, Newton took part in various television productions. He made his cinema debut in 2018 as Bene in the comedy Feierabendbier .
