Support and funding
If the Prinzregententheater is not used for its own productions, the Theater Academy rents the house to cooperation partners and Munich concert organizers. About 12 percent of the Academy's total budget is financed from the revenue from the rental business. The Bavarian Theater Academy is sponsored by the Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art .
