Alexander Nerlich

Alexander Nerlich (born May 23, 1979 in Reinbek near Hamburg) is a German director .

Life

After graduating from high school in Wentorf in 1998, Nerlich began studying directing (spoken and musical theater) at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding and at the University of Music and Theater in Munich. In the summer semester of 2002 he was a guest student in the master class for directing (director: Pjotr ​​Fomenko ) at GITIS , Moscow . Since the 2003/04 and 2004/05 theatrical seasons employed as a permanent assistant director at the Theater Basel , then work as in-house director at the Munich Residenztheater and as a freelance director. In 2011 he founded the theater group Collisions .
