Alen Hodzovic

Alen Hodzovic (* 20th century in Wuppertal ) is a German actor , singer and musical performer .

Education and professional career

Alen Hodzovic began his artistic career at the “Alte Post” cultural forum in Neuss and in the theater ensemble in Cronenberg Wuppertal. He then completed his training at the Bavarian Theater Academy August Everding in the Prinzregententheater in Munich and at the Royal Academy of Music in London. He received several awards and scholarships for his studies. Since then, engagements have taken him all over the German-speaking area. In addition to pure acting roles and operetta roles, he made a name for himself above all with numerous leading musical roles.

• 2017: Nomination for the German Musical Theater Prize as "Best Actor in a Leading Role" for "Around the World in 80 Days" (Landestheater Linz)
• 2009: 1st prize at the Lotte Lenya singing competition of the Kurt Weill Foundation New York
