Jamhuri FC
The Jamhuri FC is a sansibarischer football club from Pemba .
The club was founded in 1953 under the name Albalaghashi FC. In 1964 it was renamed Jamhuri FC. The local rival is the club Mwenge SC. The club plays its home games at the Gombani Stadium . The greatest success was winning the domestic Premier League in 2003 . But for the first time they took part in the African competitions in 2012.
