Jan Jarota (born December 9, 1953 in Łomża ) is a Polish politician of the League Polskich Rodzin (LPR).

Since September 25, 2005 he has been a member of the LPR in the Sejm . He was elected with 3,763 votes from constituency 24 Białystok . He is married.
