Jan Joseph "Joep" Packbiers (born January 19, 1875 in Nuth , Limburg , † December 8, 1957 in Maastricht ) was a Dutch archer .
Packbiers took part in the 1920 Olympic Games in Antwerp and won a gold medal with the team in the Movable Bird Target, 28 meters . His hometown club was De Tunnel Maastricht .
