Jana Arnošová (born October 28, 1977 ) is a former Czech handball player .

The 1.64 m tall right winger moved in 2005 from the Czech club TJ Tatran Bohunice Brno to the German Bundesliga club DJK / MJC Trier . There she was hardly taken into account in 2009 and subsequently separated from the club. After a year off, she returned to the team in 2010 under a new coach. After a cruciate ligament rupture in the 2011/12 season, she ended her active handball career.

She made 88 international matches for the Czech Republic.
