Jana Preissová

Jana Preissová , b. Drchalová, (born February 7, 1948 in Rokycany ) is a Czech actress.

Life

Jana Drchalová studied after graduating from school until 1970 at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague . She then worked as an actress at the Prague theater Divadlo Na zábradlí until 1990 , and she also appeared in several roles in film and television. From 1990 she worked at the National Theater in Prague. She also gave lessons at the conservatory. Your students were u. a. Kateřina Winterová and Zuzana Vejvodová .

She is married to the actor Viktor Preiss . Their son Martin Preiss (* 1973) is also an actor.

Jana Preissová u. a. known for her leading role as mother Anna dancing ballet in the two children's films How to pull a whale's molar (1977) and How to get your father into a reformatory (1978).
