Janina Kumpienė

Janina Stakelytė-Kumpienė (born April 1, 1943 in Adomava , Panevėžys Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

After finishing secondary school in Paįstry , she graduated from the Vilnius Technical College for Finance in 1961 and, in 1967, the economics degree from the Vilniaus universitetas . In 1979 she received her doctorate at the research institute on the subject of "Respublikinio pavaldumo pramonės planavimo klausimai APSS sąlygomis ( Lietuvos TSR pavyzdžiu)". From 1996 to 1998 she was vice chairwoman of AB bankas “ Hermis ”. From 2009 to 2012 she was Lithuania's Deputy Minister of Health in the Kubilius II cabinet (15th government).

She is married.
