Janusz Szuber
Janusz Szuber (* 1947 in Sanok ) is a Polish freelance writer, poet and poet .
Life
Szuber has been a freelance writer since 1994, when he only wrote for a small group of friends for a long time. His works in the field of lyric poetry were discovered by Czeslaw Milosz . His numerous publications have been translated into many languages and have received prestigious awards. For his life's work he was honored with the Warsaw "Fundacja Kultury" Prize and the Fundacja Turzanski Prize. Before he became a writer, he studied Polish studies at the University of Warsaw. In addition to poems and dramas, he publishes literary sketches and limericks. Szuber is a member of the Polish Writers' Union and the PEN Club.
The Szuber family originally comes from the medieval German settlement in the Carpathian Mountains .
