Jarmila Klimešová

Jarmila Klimešová (born February 9, 1981 in Šumperk ) is a Czech javelin thrower .

Klimešová won the Junior World Championships in Santiago de Chile in 2000 . In 2003 she became the U23 world champion in Bydgoszcz, Poland, with a width of 60.54 meters. Later she took part in the World Championships in 2003, the Olympic Games in 2004, the European Championships in 2006 and the Olympic Games in 2008, but where she failed in each qualification. Her personal best is a distance of 62.60 meters, which she achieved in June 2006 in Prague .
