Jay Rubin
Jay Rubin (* 1941 in Washington, DC ) was Professor of Japanese Literature at Harvard University until 2008 and, alongside Alfred Birnbaum, has translated the works of Haruki Murakami into English; also works by Natsume Soseki .
In 2002 he published the Murakami biography Haruki Murakami and the Music of Words .
