Jazzdor
Jazzdor - festival de Jazz de Strasbourg is a Franco-German jazz festival.
The festival takes place every November in Strasbourg and Offenburg . Around 40 concerts are organized each time (including a number of German-French collaborations), some master classes and artists in residence . The first festival took place in Strasbourg in 1986. Jazzdor was held for the first time in 2007 in the Kesselhaus in the Kulturbrauerei in Berlin under the name Jazzdor Strasbourg-Berlin as part of a series on current French jazz.
The festival is a member of the Association des Festivals Innovants en Jazz et Musiques Actuelles , the EJN ( Europe Jazz Network ) and the Strasbourg Festivals series of events .
