Jean-Claude Muller

Jean-Claude Muller (born March 8, 1956 in Ville de Luxembourg ) is a Luxembourg linguist (Sanskrit) and cultural scientist.

Life

After completing his secondary school Lycée classique de Diekirch , he studied Indian Studies in Oxford and Paris and graduated as Maîtrise . He then worked for several years in the information and press service of the State Ministry. From 1997 to 2001 he was director of the Bibliothèque nationale de Luxembourg . He was then appointed coordinator of libraries in the Greater Region. Under the government of Bettel-Schneider he became cultural advisor in the State Ministry, responsible for the medals and memoirs. He is President of the Association Luxembourgeoise de Généalogie et Heraldique and one of the administrators of the Institut archéologique du Luxembourg.
