Jean-Lou Païani (born December 23, 1988 ) is a French cyclist .

Païani won a stage of the Tour de l'Avenir in 2009 . He also took seventh place in the U23 events of the Ronde van Vlaanderen and sixth place at Paris – Roubaix . The next year he was third overall at Kreiz Breizh Elites .

From 2011 to 2013 he drove for the French Professional Continental Team Saur-Sojasun . He ended his career in 2014 with the Continental Team Roubaix Lille Métropole, with whom he won the team time trial of the Paris-Arras Tour .
