Jean-Marc Dinant
Jean-Marc Dinant is a Belgian privacy expert .
Dinant worked as a computer specialist for the Belgian data protection authority from 1993 to 1998. Since 1998 he has been a computer expert on the Internet Task Force of the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party and has contributed to many recommendations. He has also worked as an expert in technical data security for various other institutions such as the European Commission , the European Council or the Belgian Senate within the ECHELON network.
Dinant is Belgium's representative in the Article 29 Working Party .
