Stolyarova took part in the European Cup from March 2004. She made her debut in the World Cup on December 14, 2005 in Tignes , where she finished 24th. This season she won another four European Cups, at the Junior World Championship in 2006 she won the gold medal in the Mughal competition. After finishing tenth at the 2007 World Cup , her best result to date, she successfully defended her title at the 2007 Junior World Cup and also came second in the Dual Moguls.
On January 20, 2008, Stoljarowa achieved her first podium in the World Cup in Lake Placid , and six days later she celebrated her only World Cup victory so far in Mont Gabriel . At the end of the season, she finished eighth in the discipline ranking. In the following 2008/09 season, fourth place was her best result, at the 2009 World Cup she was eighth. Even in the 2009/10 season it was not enough for a podium. In the World Cup, she did not get past sixth place, at the 2010 Winter Olympics she was seventh.
In the 2010/11 season Stolyarova managed an increase. She achieved another podium finish in Calgary at the end of January 2011 after more than three years. As fourth in the Moguls competition at the 2011 World Cup , she just missed a medal.
