Jelena Vladimirovna Kulakowa ( Russian Елена Владимировна Кулакова * 1990 in Sterlitamak ) is a Russian cross country - Sommerbiathletin .

Jelena Kulakowa from Sterlitamak in the Republic of Bashkortostan had her first major international assignments as part of the 2013 Summer Biathlon European Championships in Haanja . There she finished eleventh in the sprint with five errors and after 12 errors in the pursuit race based on it, she fell back to 14th place. In August 2014 she won the Russian championship in the mass start in Uwat , and came fourth in the 5 km sprint.
