Jens-Peter Golde

Jens-Peter Golde (born March 20, 1955 in Neuruppin , Brandenburg ) is a German politician (until 1993 SPD , then the non-party voter community “Pro Ruppin”). He has been the mayor of Neuruppin since the runoff election in February 2005.

Life and work

Jens-Peter Golde is a trained cook, industrial hygiene inspector and engineer-economist, socialist business administration. He is married to Ilse Wollschläger.

On January 11, 1990, Golde was a founding member of the Neuruppin SPD local association. In 1993 he resigned and instead founded the non-party voter association “Pro Ruppin”, with whose support he was elected mayor of Neuruppin in 2005 after a runoff election . In the mayoral election in January 2013, he was confirmed in his office.
