Example of the Jiahu script

Jiahu script ( Chinese: 賈湖 契 刻 符號 / 贾湖 契 刻 符号 Pinyin Jiǎhú Qìkè Fúhào) denotes the 16 markings on prehistoric artifacts that were found in Jiahu ( Henan , China ) and belong to the Neolithic Peiligang culture . They were built around 6600 BC. Dated.

Some archaeologists believe that the signs have a connection with the oracle bone script (e.g. the comparable signs for 目 'eye', 日 'sun', 'day'), but some doubt that they are even in script Clues.
