The Jiangxi Nanchang Greenland Central Plaza Towers are 303 meters, the tallest building in the Chinese provincial capital Nanchang and shape the skyline. The twin towers, 100 meters apart, are the prominent part of Greenland Central Plaza, a complex of a series of mixed-use buildings. The office towers were completed in 2015 and have 59 floors.

Architecture details

The skyscrapers stand with their bases parallel to the street, but twist by 45 degrees over their entire height. One of the advantages of this is that certain offices have a direct view of the Gan Jiang River .

When designing the crown of the building with the angled glass surfaces, the prevailing wind direction and strength was taken into account, so that the towers should offer the wind as little surface as possible.
